This past weekend we were able to get our garden in.
While blogger messed my pictures up, above is the oldest child adding the last ingredient to Mel's Mix. On the tarps are 20 cubic feet of mix that had to be mixed up. It was a chore. I hurt for two days from all the shoveling.
You can see how beautiful they are filled up and ready to plant.
These were while I was running the drip system to the boxes. We had to move quite a bit of rock to find one of them.
This was when we had to mix all the bags of different composts together first. The smell was very unique, and who knew we still had so many blasted flies around?
