Parent Teacher Conferences....almost 4 hours

We went to school for conferences today. First one started late, EP is doing just fine, but seems to be a little lazy on occasion. She has a stack of word flashcards of words she "doesn't know". Mrs. said EP knows the words, and she knows EP knows the words, but EP decided to hide her knowledge while dabbling in her dibels.

Then we went to the homeroom teacher of my favorite baby boy. We had to wait in a line, then we met with her. He does great, when he wants to. Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to motivate him to "want to". She suggested we go see his other teachers. Can you believe 2 of them tried to accuse him of being a TALKER in class? I just can't imagine! They also claimed they know that he knows more then what he puts out there, and they are going to be expecting more of him in the near future (tomorrow). The last teacher also said she knows he is very capable of getting a "b" without too much effort, and with just a little, can easily get an "a". She also mentioned someting about talking, and the fact that he was actually quiet today so she asked him if he felt ok.
