My friend gave me 25 lbs of roma tomatos, so I thought I would make salsa with them using another friends yummy recipe.
Um, 25 lbs is ALOT when you have to peel and chop them!

After all that, I only ended up with 7 qts of Salsa. The real challenge will be "do we open it to eat, or keep looking at it for awhile?"
On a side note, I got my new pressure cooker and made some very tasty white chili for Sunday.
