Fair Fun Friday

Friday was Sydney's "all you can ride" day. For some stupid reason, they closed the rides from
2 pm-5 pm which meant she did not get to ride all she could ride. She has been looking forward to this day since last year at the fair. We lost track of the count after she had about 40 rides.

First up was the Sizzler. Some friends met us at the fair and were unsure about the Sizzler so I was waiting with her while Sydney and Handsome Tony rode.

Her friend discovered the big slide and she and Sydney rode that for about 45 minutes.

Later Friday she ran into 2 friends from school so they all rode the tornado together.

The Super Loop was her favorite. She and I rode it twice in a row. She later then rode it 5 times in a row, the kind of "in a row" that means she sat up front and did not get out of the ride for 5 times.

The operator was really cool and let them all hang in the air while my camera took forever to snap the shot.

Pretty much an action shot, but you can see her hanging on and screaming with joy.


Now, the boys are old enough to have other definitions for "fun". This would be what the boys do.

They are hanging out.

In the evening they had a costume contest.
