I have a pair of humming birds that comes by in the mornings to eat by my studio. The female sits to eat, and the male hovers while eating. I love watching them, when they aren't getting scared off by my motions through the window. They are so tiny and so beautiful. They are so close with this feeder that I can even see their tongues flicking in and out. I have only read about that in books until now.
Today I sat down to scrap, and the windows were dirty making it hard to work. (I have no idea why so don't ask!) I got the stuff to just clean the windows in my studio, then I decided to do the rest of the downstairs windows. I washed and squeegeed and then I washed all of the screens. WOW! HUGE difference. Now I need to do the upstairs windows. That will be another day. A tip from the window installers, put your screens on backwards with the little tabs on the outside. This allows you to remove the screens from the outside, and then they are WAY easier to clean. In theory, I will be able to do this more often.
