Saturday night while we were enjoying California our house had a little wind.....it removed most everything on the south side of the house
And then we got a little bit of rain...bringing in a 6'x10' area in the garage
Blew the front porch all around...and had enough water to flood up on the cement about 2 feet in.
The disaster fix it guys came and cleaned up the mess and hooked up the blowers. There is 75%-85% moisture content/humidity in the south wall and attic.
The roofers came but didn't have enough materials to fix the roof, or enough tarps, so they did what they could to protect it which was good since we had rain again last night. Wish I wouldn't have slept through it!
There's no place like home!!
