My dear Aunt Mary passed away this month. I don't really want to talk about it. I miss her terribly.
She lives in Dallas, which is only 18 hours from my house.
That is a really long time in the car...I got to drive for about 2 hours of it on the way home...it rained...hard from Aunt Mary's house all the way to El Paso on the way home....it was beautiful.
My sweet husband drove the other 34 hours of the trip. He is so amazing!
I worked on typing up recipes for my classes.....as long as I had sunlight or batteries....I got close to 100 done....very productive
These were some of the flowers...they were so pretty and colorful, just like Aunt Mary likes...my Aunt Debby was in charge of flowers...she did a great job.
On the way to Dallas I spotted a Tractor Supply store so we pulled off the interstate to shop in real live person. Sydney found this tire swing, but we really had no room for it. She thinks we should drive back to get it...maybe someday....
Grammy and Sydney watched movies and read on the trip.
It was alot of fun if I ignore the part about not seeing Aunt Mary.
